  • Peer certification is another way to get trained and up to speed to use the 3D printers
  • Peer certification or instruction can be done with a knowledgeable member who uses the 3D printers and wants to give a 1 on 1 instruction to another member
  • It will be necessary to be trained in the use of the 3D printers with a class or peer instruction of the UltiMaker II and MatterControl Delta 3D printers
    • How does each 3D printer work
    • Proper use and control of each 3D printer
    • Discussion of the software that creates the files and how the files are accessed on the 3D printer
    • What is expected of each user of the 3D printer
    • Discuss that MakeICT supplies the filament, cost is $.04 per gram

    • The form will be signed and dated by the member who just got certified
    • The form will be signed and dated by the 3D certified member
    • The form will be retained by MakeICT
